Cost:
Arizona Women’s Recovery Center accepts all AHCCCS plans as a form of payment for treatment. We also will accept clients on a sliding fee scale. Arizona Women’s Recovery Center is a SABG provider and does have funding to assist individuals who are uninsured and underinsured.

Our Mission
The mission of Arizona Women’s Recovery Center is to provide services to women with substance use disorders, enhancing their lives through comprehensive, women-centered, evidenced-based programs. Although we have only been operating as the Arizona Women’s Recovery Center since October of 2020, we have been providing alcohol and drug treatment in the valley for decades as the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD). The decision to change our name was to more clearly reflect our mission.

What we do:
Arizona Women’s Recovery Center offers a range of services for women experiencing substance use disorders. In our outpatient program, women have access to group therapy sessions, individual therapy, family therapy and case management services. We also provide outpatient treatment paired with supportive housing for women who are pregnant, women with children and non-parenting/women without children. The following services are available for all of our clients: Individual and family counseling, case management, career counseling, psychiatric nurse practitioner, parenting coach, peer support, DBT group, dual diagnosis relapse prevention group and supportive housing (when available.)
*Most of our supportive housing programs accept woman receiving SMI services.
