Our structured Los Angeles sober living home was created to provide an effective environment for men to build the foundation of a fulfilling and productive life. Our residents maintain continuous sobriety by staying in our long-term, 12-Step based community that includes lovingly confrontational peer-mentoring. We have found this process really works.
Once the foundation of sobriety is set, our residents can pursue recovery-oriented goals, like repairing relationships, getting a job, and being a positive influence on others.
Men who have graduated from our house stay integrated with our substantial sober support community and participate in their own and others’ recovery.
We have found that a 12+ month structured recovery process in a family like peer-mentoring environment is the best way to reach these goals. As a non-profit, our house is affordable. We’re able to provide the setting for someone to recover at a fraction of the cost of short-term medical model treatment options. Thanks to the support of our donors, we are able to use 100% of fees for room/board and our long-term recovery solution.

Who Comes to Our Addiction Treatment Center?
We are an outpatient program designed for working adults who are employed and live at home. We provide long-term, sustainable treatment for substance abuse disorders. Confidential Recovery is an excellent option for continued treatment and support once individuals have been stabilized in a detox or a residential treatment program.
Times have changed and so have approaches to treatment. We are conscious of the adage, “If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail”. Our goal through the treatment process is to instill new choices to our client and help them respond differently to the occurrences in life which in the past have triggered an substance abuse episode.

Detox Services
California Behavioral Healthcare offers a sub-acute detox program. Sub-acute care is offered to people who enjoy an overall good mental and physical health, are dedicated to a recovery program, and do not need round-the-clock monitoring. The program is either offered to residential care patients, where patients stay in a treatment facility for a period of time; or to outpatient care patients, where they attend the treatment during the daytime for a couple of hours.

Our detox program takes place in an upscale, residential setting on 8 acres insuring our clients benefit from both privacy and the highest level of care possible. Inland Detox maintains a wide range of staff 24 hours per day including California certified and licensed marriage and family therapists as well as an abundance of supporting staff. The opiate treatment program at the San Francisco General Hospital is an outpatient program that helps with detoxification, methadone, buprenorphine and vivitrol treatment and general hospitalization. The team at this facility uses an individualized treatment approach with a combination of cognitive and behavioral therapy, substance abuse counseling, and trauma-related counseling.
