The Maryhaven Center of Hope Inc. is home to Horizons PROS, a center that provides mental, behavioral and substance abuse help to those within the Nassau County area.
Located in Freeport, NY, the center is easy to find right off of Mill Road and across the road from the Long Island Sports Complex.
