Twenty Years of Addiction Treatment in N.C.

Our providers and team members have a strong connection to the recovery community. We aim to help program participants build similar connections to other human beings with hope, love, and friendship. We also hope that they are able to develop a personal relationship with a higher power. Our mandate to save lives from the opioid overdose epidemic has made us more passionate than ever since the rise of fentanyl, xylazine, and nitazines have devatstated so many lives. We are North Carolina’s premiere drug rehab for fentanyl addiction.

For over twenty years, we have dedicated ourselves to providing state-of-the-art compassionate care to patients with substance use disorders and other conditions such as chronic pain, (including neck pain, back pain, and neuropathy).

Flexible Recovery Programming:  We recommend pursuing counseling and support groups in addition to your outpatient treatment with our doctors.  We do offer counseling and psychiatry at Solas, but you are not required to  use our services, and we encourage you to continue with your preferred provider, support groups, etc.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT): We are North Carolina’s premier providers of MAT (medication assisted treatment) for addiction. We bring a philosophy of caring and comprehensive treatment. We have seen great results by addressing only your physical symptoms, but also your emotional and spiritual well-being.

We integrate medication into our opiate addiction treatment program.  These medications help reduce craving and improve success rates. Some examples are:

  • Buprenorphine (Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade)
  • Naltrexone (Vivitrol and ReVia)

Retention in Treatment: You move from more intensive (frequent) appointments to less intensive as your recovery progresses, but if there’s a relapse or a setback, we will work with you to get back on track.

The evidence is clear that up to 89% of people can recover if they continue long-term treatment+.

We can help virtually everyone, we take any type of insurance (including medicare and medicaid) and we have a sliding scale fee. We service the entire state of North Carolina via telehealth.

At Solas Health, we provide personalized care to help you manage your recovery so that your well-being improves and you can restore your purpose, hope, and self respect.
