Louisiana Resources
Those living in Louisiana are able to apply for medicare, Medicaid and medi-cal programs. These programs work to provide the person with healthcare coverage. With a growing addiction epidemic in the area, this healthcare coverage is more needed than anything.
Louisiana has a rating system for the treatment systems and programs that they have in place. This ensures that the right steps are taken to provide the care that is needed for the person to overcome and get the most from the treatment programs that they visit. These can reduce the number of relapses that the person goes through and has to come back to the program, essentially saving money and keeping deaths reduced.
Resources are offered below for those that are in the Medicaid, medicare and medi-cal programs. There is help for everyone, not just those in a private insurance, in Louisiana. The resources provide more information on what is available.
